Workshop Foreman

About the role

The Workshop Foreman will lead the daily operations of Porsche's service workshop, acting as the main liaison between service advisors, technicians, the workshop manager and the Post‑Sales Manager. The role ensures that the workshop meets its planned workload while maintaining the highest quality standards for vehicle repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise overall workshop performance and workflow.
• Ensure compliance with Porsche procedures and company standards.
• Monitor and control the execution of the work plan.
• Coordinate communication between service advisors, technicians and management.
• Maintain quality of repairs and manage any escalations.

Required profile

• Strong decision‑making ability and priority‑setting skills.
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Valid Puerto Rico driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel outside Puerto Rico when required.
• Ability to lift and move loads up to 25 kg occasionally.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with automotive service management software (e.g., CDK, Tekion).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repair procedures.
