UX/UI Designer – Telecom Projects (Lisbon)

About the role

Devoteam is looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join its telecom organization in Lisbon. You will create intuitive, engaging digital experiences for web and mobile products that serve millions of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups using industry‑standard design tools.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define requirements, scope, and implementation strategies.
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries for consistency across digital touchpoints.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and performance metrics.
• Ensure all designs meet WCAG accessibility standards and are optimized for performance on various devices and screen sizes.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the telecom sector.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and problem‑solving approach.
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, and sitemaps that improve navigation and conversion.
• Experience developing modern, responsive web interfaces.

Required skills

• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
