UX Designer

About the role

We are looking for a UX Designer to join our Lisbon team on a hybrid basis. You will shape user‑centric digital experiences for web and mobile applications, collaborating closely with developers and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive interfaces and end‑to‑end experiences for web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and translate findings into design improvements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity mockups using Figma.
• Work with developers to ensure design feasibility, consistency and quality.
• Apply HTML, CSS and JavaScript knowledge to communicate design intent and support implementation when needed.
• Integrate Power BI dashboards and data visualisations into user interfaces.
• Promote accessibility, responsive design and UX best practices throughout the product lifecycle.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.

Required profile

• Professional experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers and business stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
