User Interface / Front End Engineer

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a User Interface / Front End Engineer to design, develop, and deliver cloud‑native UI solutions for its security management platforms. This hybrid position requires you to work on‑site two days a week while collaborating with globally distributed teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead multiple core software modules from design through deployment, solving complex technical challenges.
• Develop and implement organization‑wide UI architectures and methodologies across several platforms.
• Evaluate emerging UI technologies, create integration plans, and update the architecture accordingly.
• Review UX designs for compliance with standards and provide actionable feedback.
• Collaborate effectively with geographically distributed teams, fostering innovation and excellence.
• Mentor junior engineers, promote best practices, and share technical knowledge.
• Influence decision‑making with domain expertise and industry standards.
• Ensure high‑quality software through comprehensive testing, automation, and documentation.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of software development experience focused on UI cloud applications and microservices architecture.
• Proven expertise in designing, developing, and deploying cloud‑native UI solutions.
• Strong knowledge of front‑end technologies such as ReactJS, Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS3.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms and container technologies including AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Deep understanding of browser rendering, DOM manipulation, performance optimization, and responsive design.
• Experience working with cross‑geographical teams.
