Turkish Speaking Customer Support Representative (On‑site)

About the role

Join a leading global tech and social media platform as a Turkish‑speaking Customer Support Representative in Lisbon. You will act as a brand ambassador, assisting small and mid‑size businesses with technical issues, advertising queries, and platform optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide omnichannel support via live chat, email tickets, and inbound/outbound phone calls.
• Troubleshoot account configurations, billing questions, ad performance problems and system glitches.
• Coach merchants on self‑service tools to improve campaign efficiency.
• Identify recurring technical errors and forward actionable insights to engineering teams.
• Accurately record all interactions in the internal CRM while respecting data‑protection standards.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written Turkish with at least B2 English proficiency.
• Legal right to work in Portugal and currently residing in the country.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to multitask across multiple browser tabs and applications.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including occasional weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and chat software tools.
