Travel & Expenses Analyst - French Speaker

About the role

We are recruiting a Travel & Expenses French Analyst to join our Travel & Expenses team in Lisbon. The role involves auditing travel and non‑travel expenses, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and Airbus policies, and supporting end‑users with travel and expense queries.

Key responsibilities

• Perform audits on travel and non‑travel related expenses according to local tax laws, legal requirements and company directives.
• Ensure reimbursements are supported by proper documentation such as invoices, tickets and receipts.
• Conduct second‑level analysis for Internal Control, especially for third parties and G&H.
• Administer the corporate credit‑card program, managing applications, usage control and cancellations upon resignation.
• Provide support to end‑users on travel booking, expense submission and reimbursement processes via phone and email.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong focus on customer service with attention to detail and ability to handle stress.
• Good communication skills with end‑users, peers and management.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace and awareness of compliance risks.
