TPM Account Manager

About the role

The TPM Account Manager will act as the primary liaison between AbbVie and its third‑party manufacturers (TPM). You will ensure that contract commitments are met, support new product launches, and drive cost‑effective capacity planning across the TPM network.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact between AbbVie and TPM sites, including travel to assess capabilities.
• Monitor and enforce contract terms, coordinating with legal, QA, regulatory, and supply chain functions to resolve issues.
• Analyze TPM capacity versus long‑range forecasts and flag potential gaps.
• Identify opportunities for insourcing, outsourcing or consolidation of manufacturing activities.
• Negotiate new contracts and extensions, ensuring performance metrics align with strategic objectives.
• Maintain TPM contract data, key dates, and capability databases.
• Support new product launches and transfers by providing forecasting information to TPMs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Operations, Business or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in contract manufacturing, supply chain, or related pharmaceutical operations.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with legal, R&D, logistics, QA and regulatory teams.
