Technical Support – On‑Site in Aguadilla, PR

About the role

We are looking for an on‑site Technical Support specialist to join our IT team in Aguadilla, PR. The role focuses on delivering hardware, software and networking assistance to end‑users, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site field support, including installation, servicing, and repair of desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows (XP, 10, 11) and macOS/iOS platforms.
• Manage tickets and assets, perform IMACD (install, move, add, change, delete) activities within SLA.
• Configure new PCs/notebooks using imaging tools such as SCCM and standalone methods.
• Support network printers, HP devices, and perform consumable swaps.
• Diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN connectivity problems, VPN access, and wireless issues.
• Maintain Active Directory, group policies, Microsoft Office 365, and patch management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Proven ability to manage tickets, assets and perform hardware/software installations.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Microsoft Office suites.
• Experience with Active Directory, SCCM imaging, and network troubleshooting.
