System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a System Administrator to join our Lisbon team, supporting both Linux and Windows Server environments while driving sustainable, community‑focused IT operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot Linux and Windows Server infrastructures.
• Manage virtualization platforms such as CloudStack, VMware, Hyper‑V, and Proxmox VE.
• Monitor system performance, respond to incidents, and ensure high availability of services.
• Support cloud and on‑premises infrastructure, including provisioning and configuration.
• Document procedures, create technical reports, and contribute to knowledge bases.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of professional experience in systems administration.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English.
