System Administrator – AI‑Driven Environments

About the role

Join a fast‑growing information systems consultancy to manage modern cloud and hybrid infrastructures while driving AI‑enabled automation initiatives. The position is hybrid, requiring three days per week on‑site at Lisbon’s Parque das Nações.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Design, deploy and maintain Azure and/or AWS cloud services.
• Manage Microsoft 365 tenancy and related services.
• Implement monitoring, automation and optimization tools across the infrastructure.
• Develop and support AI and automation platforms.
• Ensure security, identity management and observability standards are met.

Required profile

• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Results‑oriented, proactive and able to work independently.
• Collaborative mindset within multidisciplinary teams.
• Interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies.
• Effective communication and good time‑management skills.
