Swedish-speaking Sales Representative

About the role

Join Conectys as a Swedish‑speaking Sales Representative and turn conversations into business opportunities. You will work in a fast‑paced, hybrid contact‑center environment, helping global brands discover the right solutions while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business customers through inbound and outbound communication.
• Identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products and services.
• Guide customers through the sales process, ensuring an exceptional experience at every touchpoint.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets using consultative and solution‑oriented selling techniques.
• Document interactions and sales activities accurately in internal Salesforce and other CRM tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to continuously improve the customer journey and business results.

Required profile

• Native‑level Swedish and at least B2‑level English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a similar customer‑facing role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Customer‑first mindset with confidence to identify opportunities and close sales.
• Comfortable working in a contact‑center environment and adaptable to a hybrid work setup.
