Solution Consultant – French Speaking

About the role

The Solution Consultant will support SOFYNE's Manufacturing Execution System (MES) projects from design through deployment and post‑go‑live support. The role focuses on configuring, testing, and maintaining the solution for French‑speaking customers, ensuring smooth operation across multiple manufacturing sites.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 technical assistance to key users during deployment and after production launch.
• Analyze issues, propose permanent fixes or work‑arounds, and implement corrective code.
• Manage application releases, software deployment, and change‑request handling.
• Conduct technical and organizational audits for supported sites.
• Contribute to internal tool and process improvements and build a knowledge repository.
• Participate in 24/7 shift support as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (written and spoken).
• Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, diligent, and able to work under pressure.
• Interest in continuous professional learning and problem solving.
