Site Manager

About the role

JLL & Tétris is seeking a Site Manager to oversee construction projects across retail and office sectors. The role involves managing all phases of work, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, quality standards, and the JLL brand image.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities from start‑up to handover.
• Develop and monitor cost plans, production dashboards, and construction procedures.
• Negotiate with suppliers and service providers, selecting the best options for each project.
• Prepare internal construction control maps, provisional receipts, and final account closures.
• Identify deviations, propose corrective actions, and ensure compliance with permits and regulations.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management or supervision.
• Experience in retail or office construction projects is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Proactive attitude with solid negotiation and results‑orientation skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Competence in AutoCAD.
• Experience using MS Project for planning and scheduling.
