ServiceNow Developer Expert

About the role

As a ServiceNow Developer you will design and build technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on Integrated Risk Management, Business Continuity Management and Security Operations. You will work closely with business users to translate requirements into functional applications while adhering to best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and code on ServiceNow, including UI changes, workflows, reports, data imports, integrations, scripting and custom application development.
• Develop service request process flows using Service Catalog, Workflow, Events and Notifications.
• Create reusable utilities for low‑code environments and develop Service Portal applications.
• Automate processes and integrate external systems via SOAP/REST APIs.
• Produce and maintain technical design documentation and perform system and integration testing.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Fluent English (mandatory) and strong collaborative, written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• ServiceNow platform (ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, Performance Analytics, App Engine, ITBM, Service Portal).
• Knowledge of GRC/IRM, SecOps and BCM (preferred).
• SOAP/REST integration, scripting and custom application development.
• Service Catalog, Workflow, Events, Notifications and Service Portal development.
