Server – Pool Restaurant

About the role

The Pool Restaurant Server delivers exceptional, personalized service to guests at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico. You will use your knowledge of food and beverage offerings to create memorable dining experiences in a luxury resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Describe menu items, origins, flavors, and preparation methods with vivid detail.
• Enter guest orders, special requests, and dietary needs into the hotel POS system.
• Coordinate timing between kitchen and guests, ensuring dishes arrive promptly and at the correct temperature.
• Verify completed orders against original tickets and transport plates to tables efficiently.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to concerns, and suggest additional items to enhance satisfaction.
• Accurately close checks, process cash and credit‑card payments, and handle voids or complimentary meals.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a server, preferably in a resort or high‑end dining environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
• Familiarity with menu items, cocktails, coffee drinks, and beverage service.
