Senior Windows System Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Windows System Administrator to join our hybrid team in Lisbon. You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and evolution of our enterprise Windows infrastructure, ensuring stability, security and performance while driving automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for enterprise Windows environments across Europe.
• Maintain and operate Ansible Tower and related automation platforms.
• Manage and secure Centrify and Trellix solutions.
• Coordinate regional patch management and produce operational reports.
• Monitor Active Directory services, integrations and identity management.
• Facilitate seamless Windows‑Linux integration via Centrify.
• Handle complex incidents, problem management and contribute to continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Strong background in Windows infrastructure administration.
• Proven experience with automation tools such as Ansible Tower.
• Solid understanding of Active Directory and identity management.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Professional proficiency in English; French is a plus.
