Senior UX/UI Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to shape innovative digital touchpoints for our global clients. You will bridge business goals, user needs, and technical implementation, working closely with CX strategists, designers and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client objectives and user insights into end‑to‑end digital experiences, from concept through delivery.
• Collaborate in agile, multidisciplinary teams to design commerce, brand and service interfaces.
• Create short‑term experiments and learning prototypes, then evolve successful concepts into scalable, long‑term solutions.
• Advocate for user needs throughout the design process, ensuring usability and visual excellence.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level UX/UI designer with a strong portfolio covering the full design lifecycle.
• Flexible, multi‑skilled and comfortable working in fast‑paced, agile environments.
• Excellent collaboration skills with CX strategists, developers and other designers.
