Senior Social Media Manager – French Fluent

About the role

Paradox is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who can turn a blank feed into a growth engine. You will own the entire content lifecycle—from spotting trends to creating, publishing, and iterating on posts—using AI tools to amplify productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Identify emerging social trends and quickly produce original posts, captions, and visuals.
• Leverage AI platforms such as Claude Code and other creative tools to edit, repurpose, and scale content.
• Monitor performance metrics, distinguish vanity reach from actionable growth, and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Maintain a data‑driven approach, using analytics to optimize follower acquisition and lead generation.
• Collaborate with the broader Paradox team to align social content with product launches and brand messaging.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience managing social media accounts, preferably in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Fluent in French and English, with strong written communication skills.
• Bias toward action: comfortable publishing a scrappy version quickly and iterating.
• Comfortable working remotely or from a Dubai office on a full‑time basis.
