Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale EPC projects valued between $150 million and $500 million. The role involves developing project plans, schedules, budgets and serving as the primary client interface while mentoring team members.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contract and quality requirements.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk, interdisciplinary and third‑party coordination, and client communications.
• Interpret project‑specific contractual terms, commercial obligations and reporting requirements, and communicate them to the team.
• Develop and maintain the project execution strategy, including kickoff documentation, deliverables, risk register, earned‑value approach and change‑management process.
• Own the risk register, mitigation plans and ensure timely closure of risks.
• Maintain accurate forecasts for revenue, burn, labor demand, schedule milestones and staffing needs.
• Lead the multidisciplinary project team, provide performance feedback and engage Project Controls early.
• Proactively manage change orders, PCNs, commercial recovery actions and client communications related to scope or schedule impacts.
• Coordinate with account managers and business‑unit leadership on client relationship matters and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven record of project leadership on EPC projects (lump‑sum or reimbursable) with values between $150 MM and $500 MM.
• Ability to develop comprehensive project plans, scopes, schedules, budgets and execution strategies.
• Primary interface with clients and experience mentoring and developing staff.
• Ownership of project execution, integration, client coordination, demand forecasting, risk, change and revenue management.
