Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead simple to complex programmes and projects to successful delivery, while coaching junior team members and continuously improving project management methodologies and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex projects, ensuring key outcomes are delivered on time, on quality and on budget.
• Establish and maintain project structure, governance and stakeholder management, representing projects in OpCo and SteerCo meetings.
• Apply appropriate methodology to frame and execute programmes, projects or specific streams.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops and internal trainings, delivering clear results.
• Support clients in implementing project outcomes and follow‑up activities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports for clients and management.
• Provide continuous coaching and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Promote a continuous‑improvement mindset with both the team and the client.
• Manage project resources efficiently, including human resources.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology or Computer Science.
• 5–7 years of experience in project management and consulting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English.
• Good knowledge of BNP Paribas organisation.
• Strong ability to manage projects, facilitate meetings and support change.
• Client‑focused attitude with attention to detail.
