Senior Product Designer

About the role

We are a leading trading platform expanding globally and looking for a Senior Product Designer to create intuitive, high‑impact financial products for a worldwide audience. You will work closely with design, product, engineering and research teams to turn complex challenges into seamless digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create visually appealing, user‑centric interfaces that boost engagement.
• Advocate for the user by embedding research insights into every design decision.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and stakeholders to turn ideas into reality.
• Partner with researchers to gather actionable feedback and drive usability improvements.
• Develop interactive prototypes to test and illustrate concepts.
• Define and maintain design guidelines and systems for consistency across products.
• Lead design initiatives, balancing timelines and multiple priorities.
• Design user journeys that simplify complex tasks.
• Improve product performance post‑launch with continuous, user‑focused enhancements.
• Maintain and evolve the design system as a toolkit for consistency.

Required profile

• 5+ years designing complex commercial applications, preferably SaaS.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high‑quality design work.
• Strategic thinker able to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Self‑directed, ownership‑driven, with a deep understanding of human behavior.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to diverse stakeholders.

Required skills

• Figma expertise and strong knowledge of components.
• Experience building and evolving design systems.
• Design for iOS, Android and responsive web platforms.
