Senior Java & Angular Full Stack Developer

About the role

Extia is looking for a senior full‑stack developer who can design, build and maintain modern web applications for financial business domains. You will work in agile squads, collaborating with product owners and other engineers to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Translate user needs into functional technical specifications and design documents.
• Develop end‑to‑end web applications using Java 21, Spring Boot and Angular (v17‑v21).
• Maintain and enhance existing applications, handle change requests and resolve production bugs.
• Automate build pipelines and manage deployments across non‑production and production environments.
• Participate in code reviews, testing and continuous improvement activities.

Required profile

• Several years of experience as a full‑stack developer in Java and Angular.
• Strong agile mindset and ability to work in fast‑paced, multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills in French (native) and functional proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Java 21, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Liquibase, Maven, Lombok.
• SOAP and REST web services.
• Angular (v17‑v21), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, PrimeNG.
• Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Git, Jenkins and DevOps toolchains for CI/CD.
• Agile/Scrum methodology, Jira.
