Senior Ecommerce Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing beauty and wellness brand that is scaling internationally. As the newly created Senior Ecommerce Manager you will own the end‑to‑end online shopping experience, turning strong traffic into higher revenue and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Shopify website, set the ecommerce strategy and roadmap, and drive revenue and conversion targets.
• Design seamless customer journeys that connect paid media, affiliate, and creator traffic to the onsite experience.
• Create campaign‑specific landing pages and implement a structured CRO and testing programme.
• Define and maintain the ecommerce KPI framework, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
• Leverage analytics, AI and automation to turn data into actionable insights and accelerate optimisation.
• Lead the development of a new website with design and development teams, delivering measurable conversion improvements.
• Continuously improve the site using customer insights, data analysis and testing.
• Integrate paid media, affiliates, brand, creative, development and CRM into a unified ecommerce strategy for international markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience owning or heavily influencing a direct‑to‑consumer ecommerce operation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into decisions.
• Hands‑on attitude: capable of building plans and executing details without relying solely on agencies.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills across marketing, product, design and tech teams.
