Senior Creative Designer

About the role

BrickRed Systems is seeking a Senior Creative Designer to lead the visual development of high‑impact projects across digital, social, campaign, and brand experiences. You will translate business goals into compelling visual concepts while advancing the company’s visual language.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of creative assets for digital, social, presentations, and brand experiences.
• Develop visual concepts, systems, layouts, and design directions from ideation to final production.
• Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Creative Directors, Marketing, Brand, Content, and cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines while pushing visual innovation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high attention to detail and quality.
• Present concepts to stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and champion a culture of creative excellence.

Required profile

• 7–9+ years of professional experience in graphic, visual, or brand design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing typography, composition, layout, and storytelling.
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous briefs into clear, compelling solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
• Experience with Figma (motion tools a plus).
