Senior AI Product Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer specialized in AI to shape intelligent experiences across Intermedia’s product suite. You will translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, trustworthy interfaces for business users, working from research through launch and post‑launch analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Design AI‑powered experiences for web, desktop, mobile and admin interfaces, including conversational copilots, assistants, recommendations and workflow automation.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and competitive analysis to inform user journeys, wireframes and high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Develop and maintain reusable design‑system components for AI interactions, ensuring consistency across products.
• Collaborate with product managers, AI/ML engineers, developers and legal teams to embed responsible AI principles such as transparency, trust and user control.
• Define patterns for prompts, feedback, confirmations and human‑in‑the‑loop actions, handling AI uncertainty, hallucinations and errors.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX, product or interaction design experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product design, complex workflows and AI‑enabled features.
• Experience working in Agile teams alongside product management and engineering.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and rapidly evolving requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Experience building and contributing to design systems.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and the technical constraints of web applications.
• Understanding of generative AI, large language models and conversational UX.
