Senior AI Engineer – AI Native Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI‑native solutions for our clients. You will work on LLM‑powered applications, retrieval‑augmented pipelines, predictive models and data‑driven automation, turning complex business challenges into production‑grade systems.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and cross‑functional teams to define AI solution scope, success metrics and technical approach.
• Design, develop and launch AI‑enabled applications, services and workflows, including LLM‑driven systems and intelligent automation.
• Build and maintain APIs, backend services and data pipelines that support scalable AI and analytics.
• Conduct model evaluation, prompt engineering, data preparation and system testing to ensure reliability and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines for AI workloads.
• Promote engineering best practices through code reviews, documentation and mentorship.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering, data science or machine‑learning engineering.
• Proven track record of delivering AI‑enabled or data‑intensive production systems.
• Experience with modern backend frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Node.js) and strong SQL skills.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
