About the role
Ayming is expanding its sales teams in Portugal and is looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to acquire new B2B clients. The position can be performed remotely for candidates based in Northern Portugal, with monthly meetings in Porto or Lisbon.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact and acquire new B2B clients in the SME and mid‑market segments.
- Approach decision‑makers and C‑level executives and schedule meetings (in person, video call or phone) for the sales team.
- Qualify potential clients before scheduling appointments and develop acquisition strategies.
- Proactively reach out to prospects and maintain up‑to‑date information in Salesforce.
- Report regularly to the manager on activity and pipeline status.
Required profile
- Professional fluency in one or more languages: German, Dutch/Flemish, Italian, Polish, Spanish or French.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation or cold‑calling is a strong advantage.
