SAP Material Management (MM) Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an SAP Material Management (MM) Consultant to design, build and implement SAP S/4HANA MM solutions for leading Life Sciences organisations. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor, understanding client processes and delivering value‑adding material management transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and deploy innovative SAP S/4HANA Material Management solutions from analysis to go‑live.
• Analyse client business processes and redesign MM workflows to create measurable value.
• Lead workstreams and project activities, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with R&D and Life Sciences experts on co‑innovation projects and new solution development.
• Contribute to the global Source‑to‑Pay community, sharing knowledge across a multinational team.

Required profile

• Professional management‑consulting mindset with strong communication and client‑facing skills.
• Minimum two full SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycles as an MM consultant, preferably on Private Cloud.
• Experience in a Big Four, major systems integrator or specialist SAP consultancy; Life Sciences or process‑manufacturing background is a plus.
• Interest in AI‑enabled procurement is advantageous but not mandatory.
