About the role
As a Selling Associate you will be the face of the brand in the Mall of San Juan, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. You will help customers find the perfect fit, manage transactions and keep the sales floor stocked and visually appealing.
Key responsibilities
- Drive store sales by actively selling to customers and converting returns and promotions into additional sales.
- Engage customers, read cues, and provide personalized bra fitting through effective questioning.
- Operate the cash wrap, process transactions accurately, and encourage add‑on purchases at checkout.
- Process and replenish merchandise to ensure the floor is stocked according to brand standards.
- Execute floorset activities, including markdowns, re‑tickets and out‑of‑stock processes.
