Join Torrid as a Sales Associate and be the face of the brand, delivering a welcoming and inclusive shopping experience for every customer. You will help create a comfortable, confident environment that reflects Torrid’s commitment to diversity and empowerment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience that builds customer loyalty.
• Operate the register, using sales, promotion and product knowledge to drive add‑on sales.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Cover the sales floor and uphold visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with stockroom organization and keep the store clean, inviting, and ready for shoppers.

Required profile

• Previous sales or customer‑service experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while delivering excellent customer service.
• Fashion‑focused and aware of current trends.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift packages up to 50 lb, and reach merchandise using ladders or poles.
