Restaurant Host/Hostess – Luxury Resort Dining

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Host/Hostess to be the welcoming face of our resort restaurant. In this position you will create inclusive, memorable dining experiences for guests while supporting the service team.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage the host stand and reservation book, and recommend table setups.
• Ensure dining rooms are clean and tables are properly set before service begins.
• Print menus, collateral and communicate with guests and team members using our reservation system.
• Respond to guest inquiries across multiple channels and coordinate special events with the marketing team.
• Develop thorough knowledge of menus, ingredients and restaurant information.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a food‑and‑beverage outlet, preferably within a luxury hotel.
• Ability to operate standard computer and F&B reservation systems.
