Residential Solar Installation Manager

About the role

ISO Solar Puerto Rico is seeking a full‑time Residential Solar Installation Manager to lead on‑site residential solar projects in San Juan. You will ensure installations are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget while delivering a positive experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule installation crews for multiple residential projects.
• Review site assessments, coordinate delivery of materials and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with local building and electrical codes and industry standards.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and customer service to clarify project requirements.
• Monitor quality control, maintain accurate project documentation, and conduct site safety checks.
• Identify process improvements and drive team performance.

Required profile

• Experience managing field installation teams, preferably in solar, electrical, or construction.
• Strong knowledge of residential solar PV systems and familiarity with local codes.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, installation plans, and manufacturer specifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in solar, electrical, or construction is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work on‑site in varying weather conditions.
• Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills are highly advantageous.
