Residences Liaison

About the role

The Residences Liaison supports guests and residents by managing information, handling communications, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations within the property. This position combines administrative duties with front‑of‑house guest service, acting as a key point of contact for inquiries and reservations.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update, and retrieve data in computer databases, point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, and reservation platforms.
• Prepare and distribute letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including date‑stamping and distribution.
• Maintain both electronic and paper filing systems for records, reports, and business transactions.
• Answer telephone calls and guest inquiries with professional etiquette, welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to company standards.
• Assist guests with disabilities and respond to service needs promptly.
• Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets.
• Perform light physical tasks such as moving objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
