QuickBooks Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented QuickBooks Accountant to join our client’s finance team. The successful candidate will manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Assist with monthly financial reporting and budgeting.
• Support year‑end closing activities and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Communicate effectively with internal team members and clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accountant.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
