Quality Project & Product Leader

About the role

The Quality Project & Product Leader will drive quality excellence across product development and industrialisation projects for Addvolt’s intelligent climate and energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quality activities during product development and industrialisation projects, ensuring PDP, APQP and Quality Gate deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Act as the Quality representative in cross‑functional project teams, develop and maintain project quality plans, monitor KPIs, risks and action items.
• Facilitate DFMEA and PFMEA workshops, drive preventive quality methodologies and incorporate lessons learned and field feedback into new designs.
• Coordinate validation of critical characteristics, support design reviews, and ensure manufacturing and supplier readiness before product launches.
• Lead root‑cause investigations, cross‑functional corrective and preventive actions, and promote structured problem‑solving methods.
• Manage Quality resources, define priorities, align Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality teams, and mentor Quality Engineers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Quality Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Product/Project Quality, APQP or New Product Development, with at least 2 years of team leadership.
• Proven experience in multidisciplinary engineering projects and strong stakeholder management.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• DFMEA and PFMEA facilitation.
• Control Plans, Risk Assessments and Root‑Cause Analysis.
• Product Development Processes (PDP / Stage‑Gate, APQP, PPAP).
• ISO 9001 compliance and Quality Management System knowledge.
• Six Sigma Green Belt.
• Windchill PLM or equivalent PLM tools.
