Projects Officer – Facilities (French Speaker)

About the role

Natixis in Portugal is seeking a Projects Officer to support the coordination and activation of its facilities, including the Villas, Honolulu Wellness Club, and GetTogether areas. The role requires fluent French and English and will involve managing multi‑functional projects that enhance workplace experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and activate Natixis premises (PRT and LSB) such as Villas, Wellness Club, and GetTogether spaces.
• Plan and execute themed events, defining timelines, responsible parties, and KPIs.
• Oversee contracts with external service providers (F&B, scenting, sports, merchandising) and monitor service level agreements.
• Manage the NiP Boutique and Welcome Bar operations.
• Define and update the building’s zoning model based on team and functional synergies.
• Analyze office occupancy dashboards and prepare utilization reports.
• Facilitate regular committees with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor transversal workplace initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field with Facility Management experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience coordinating multi‑functional projects or operations.
• Strong analytical ability and experience managing multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Professional proficiency in English and French.
