About the role
Kelly is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a leading organization in the housing administration sector in Carolina, Puerto Rico. You will play a vital role in ensuring project activities run smoothly while contributing to community‑focused initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and support daily project activities within the housing administration domain.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and communications to keep teams aligned.
- Assist with administrative tasks and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Report directly to project managers and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Travel to various locations across the metro area and Caguas as required.
Required profile
- Previous experience in housing administration or a similar role.
- Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, with flexibility for overtime.
- Ability to travel between multiple sites within the metro area and Caguas.
- Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
