Project Manager III

About the role

Fluor is seeking a Project Manager III to lead execution on small to medium‑size engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction (EPFC) projects or segments of larger contracts. The role ensures compliance with contract terms, safety standards, quality expectations, and profitability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide oversight of a defined project area, establishing execution frameworks that meet contract requirements.
• Coordinate design, procurement, and construction activities across EPFC/CM projects.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of prime and subcontract agreements to support the project team.
• Manage technical and commercial proposal development, including schedule preparation and cost estimating.
• Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) considerations are integrated throughout all project phases.
• Verify baseline‑centric execution, safety, quality, cost, and productivity with the Project Director.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Accredited four‑year degree (or global equivalent) in a relevant field with eight years of related experience, or a combination of education and experience totaling twelve years.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to interpret and apply contract and subcontract requirements.
