Project Manager - Engineering

About the role

GRiT® is seeking a Project Manager – Engineering to lead technical and construction projects from concept through on‑site installation. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure successful delivery for clients and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage technical/construction projects from design to production and on‑site installation.
• Read, interpret, and work with technical drawings and project specifications.
• Plan, monitor, and control project deadlines, costs, and priorities.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, clients, and external partners to ensure alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement and solution‑oriented decision‑making.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience coordinating or managing technical/construction projects.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication confidence when interacting with diverse stakeholders.
• Interest in technology and AI tools applied to project work.
• Experience with natural stone, construction, finishing materials, or on‑site measurements is a plus.
