Project Document Control Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Document Control Specialist to join our construction team. In this full‑time position you will manage all project documentation within Procore, ensuring that records are accurate, up‑to‑date, and compliant with contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, current project records (drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, transmittals) in Procore.
• Ensure document control processes align with project and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to track document status and close‑out items.
• Configure Procore workflows and provide training to field and office staff.
• Identify gaps in documentation, propose solutions, and drive resolution independently.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of construction document control experience, preferably on pharmaceutical or industrial capital projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.
• Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.

Required skills

• Procore proficiency – hands‑on experience managing documentation, RFIs, submittals, drawings, and correspondence logs; ability to configure workflows and train users.
