Professional B2B Sales Marketing Specialist

About the role

As a Professional B2B Sales Marketing specialist you will create and maintain the sales‑enablement content that helps reps win deals. You will work closely with the sales team to produce bespoke materials for strategic accounts and keep the standard toolkit up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Develop bespoke marketing assets for top‑tier strategic accounts, including customer‑specific booking and payment guides.
• Continuously update standard sales collateral such as one‑pagers, flyers, user guides, videos and online info points.
• Support the rollout of AI‑driven self‑service tools that allow reps to generate on‑brand materials, with final human review for compliance.
• Maintain battle cards, case studies and total‑cost‑of‑ownership calculators used in live sales conversations.
• Collaborate with sales teams across North America and Europe, ensuring a European perspective in the content.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in B2B content or product marketing, preferably in a sales‑facing environment.
• Strong instinct for what helps a sales rep win a deal and ability to translate complex processes into clear customer‑facing language.
• Fluent English; additional German or French is a strong plus.
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate content creation and eager to help build self‑service marketing solutions.
