Production Designer (Social/Digital Ads)

About the role

We are seeking a Production Designer specialized in social and digital advertising to bring creative concepts to life across multiple online platforms. The role is fully remote and works within PST business hours, supporting a variety of global brands.

Key responsibilities

• Translate core creative concepts into scalable assets for paid social, display banners, app creatives and other digital formats.
• Produce final, production‑ready files that meet size, platform and performance requirements.
• Execute rapid design and copy updates while maintaining pixel‑perfect quality.
• Collaborate closely with art directors, designers and copywriters to incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Prepare and handoff fully packaged files for deployment across digital channels.
• Contribute original design ideas when needed beyond production tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of production or graphic design experience in an agency, in‑house studio or similar environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital banner production, paid‑social assets and multi‑format campaign work.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and solid working knowledge of Figma.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, grid systems and scalable design systems.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working both independently and in a feedback‑driven team.
