Procurement Category Manager – Shrink & Stretch Films

About the role

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a commercially‑minded Procurement Category Manager to lead the Shrink & Stretch Films and Handles category across Europe. You will shape sourcing strategies, drive value creation and ensure sustainable, secure supply for a critical packaging segment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and act as a trusted procurement advisor.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that deliver cost optimisation, competitive advantage and sustainable value.
• Lead sourcing projects and harmonisation initiatives using the 7‑Step Sourcing Process.
• Identify total‑cost‑of‑ownership reduction opportunities and deliver value beyond price.
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
• Implement Supplier Relationship Management programmes to drive supplier performance.
• Develop risk‑management strategies to mitigate market volatility.
• Lead European sourcing and tender activities to secure financial benefits and high service levels.
• Monitor initiatives, report savings against targets and champion sustainability across the supplier base.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or supply chain management.
• Strong project‑ and change‑management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical skills with a commercial and strategic mindset.
• Effective influencing and stakeholder‑management skills, comfortable engaging senior leaders.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven attitude with accountability for category performance.
• Fluent English communication skills.
