Process Digitalization & Automation Internship

About the role

As an intern in Process Digitalization and Automation at Bosch’s Aveiro site, you will support the team in identifying and implementing digital solutions that simplify and improve business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with process stakeholders to understand needs and identify suitable technologies.
• Structure and facilitate working sessions and translate business challenges into practical use cases.
• Train internal end‑users on newly digitalized processes.
• Explore emerging AI technologies and contribute to the design and development of AI agents and process automation.
• Test functionality, usability and suitability of solutions, document findings and gather user feedback.
• Support continuous improvement and adoption of the digital solutions.

Required profile

• Higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
• Understanding of web application architecture and development.
• Good communication skills in English and Portuguese.
• Results‑oriented, proactive and structured way of working.
