Predictive Analysis Team Leader

About the role

The Predictive Analysis Team Leader will head a specialised team that supports Credit Risk RWA computation, Basel solvency ratio calculations and regulatory reporting across the Group. The role combines leadership, data quality oversight and the design of AI‑driven analytical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the predictive analysis team, managing objectives, appraisals, recruitment and performance checkpoints.
• Design and implement artificial‑intelligence solutions to enhance risk modelling and reporting.
• Drive regulatory projects, acting as the primary contact for Group stakeholders on regulatory requests, process improvements and IT enhancements.
• Collaborate with Risk, Finance and other functions to ensure alignment and data integrity.
• Collect, validate and control risk data, guaranteeing its quality for RWA calculations.
• Perform calculations, analysis and reporting of RWA figures to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in risk management and controls.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (COREP, Basel, Pillar 2, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the broader MS Office suite.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Critical thinking, proactivity, strong organisational and analytical abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to develop and coach team members.
