Portuguese Customer Support (Inbound) – Covilhã

About the role

We are looking for a Portuguese‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a leading customer experience company. The role is inbound‑focused, handling customer enquiries by phone, email or other channels while working from home in Covilhã.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer enquiries in Portuguese in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, accounts and company procedures.
• Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions based on established guidelines.
• Handle questions, complaints and service requests while maintaining a positive experience.
• Resolve issues at the first point of contact whenever possible and escalate complex cases when required.
• Record all interactions accurately in internal systems and CRM tools.
• Follow customer service processes, quality standards, data‑protection requirements and company policies.
• Meet agreed performance targets such as satisfaction, quality and productivity metrics.

Required profile

• Fluent Portuguese with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude and ability to solve problems quickly.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures.
• Comfortable working independently from home while meeting performance goals.
