Portfolio Management Manager – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a Portfolio Management Manager to lead the strategic oversight of a large, diversified real‑estate portfolio across Europe. The role combines strategic thinking, financial expertise, and leadership while working closely with senior stakeholders, investors, and financing partners.

Key responsibilities

• Drive performance of the investment portfolio against business plans and KPIs.
• Identify value‑creation opportunities and lead strategic initiatives with internal and external partners.
• Prepare and present investment and strategy proposals to senior management and investment committees.
• Structure and negotiate financing solutions with banks and financial partners.
• Support new investment processes, including due diligence, underwriting and data‑driven business plans.
• Monitor portfolio performance and market trends to inform decision‑making.
• Lead cross‑functional projects and ensure timely execution of strategic objectives.
• Develop and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Strengthen relationships with investors, consultants and financial institutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Mathematics or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, M&A, strategy consulting or real‑estate investment management.
• Proven experience structuring financing solutions and interacting with banks and investors.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.

Required skills

• Financial modelling and valuation methodologies.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of VBA, Python or other data‑analysis tools.
• Familiarity with fund‑management systems (e.g., Power BI, AriExcel).
