Polish‑Speaking Customer Service Representative – Lisbon

About the role

Join an international customer support team in Lisbon, providing assistance to customers of a pet‑nutrition brand. You will handle inquiries through phone, email and chat, delivering professional, empathetic and efficient service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve issues aiming for first‑contact resolution.
• Escalate complex cases following internal procedures.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system.
• Work independently while managing your own workload.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet team KPIs and quality targets.
• Participate in ongoing training to deepen product knowledge.

Required profile

• Fluent Polish (spoken and written) and good command of English.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment.
• A genuine interest in pets or experience working with animals is a plus.
