Passionate Waiter/Waitress for Modern Lusitanian Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking a service‑oriented Waiter/Waitress to become the face of Luzzi, our vibrant modern Lusitanian restaurant located on the top floor of Andaz Lisbon. You will create warm, personalized experiences for guests while embodying the energy and creativity that define our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Perform full opening and closing duties for your station.
• Greet guests, escort them to their tables and guide them throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain all service tools, equipment and materials in excellent condition.
• Monitor the dining area to ensure safety, organization and guest well‑being.
• Follow company policies, brand standards and protect confidential information.
• Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues promptly and ensure a seamless meal service.
• Answer phone calls with proper etiquette and communicate clearly with colleagues.
• Build collaborative relationships with team members and meet quality‑assurance expectations.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and professional presentation.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to personalize service.
• Attention to detail, agility and calmness under pressure.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in luxury hotels or upscale restaurants, preferably in lifestyle hospitality.
• Relevant hospitality or gastronomy training is advantageous.
