Part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the role

Join a growing healthcare company as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) providing support to individuals with autism. This part‑time position offers paid training, a clear career path, and the chance to work in homes, community settings, or new ABA centers.

Key responsibilities

• Support individuals with autism in home, community, or center environments.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence‑based behavior interventions.
• Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during therapy sessions.
• Collaborate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training.
• Implement therapy plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Communicate effectively with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, and executive staff.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties as needed to support operations.

Required profile

• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability during after‑school hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance for in‑home services.
• Clean background/drug screening and driving record.
• Ability to attend a 40‑hour RBT training course and pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire.
